DARREN ALEXANDER: (25, Striker) Utility player signed from Hednesford Town in July 2007 where he was the Pitmen's leading scorer in 2006/07. Darren has also played for Eccleshall, Rocester, Chasetown and AFC Telford United but has been sidelined from November 2007 to February 2009 after sustaining a serious knee injury.

CARL ALLEN: (26, Defender) Left back who signed for the Blues from Rocester in July 2008. Carl had been with the Romans for four seasons having joined them from Ashbourne United. He was Rocester's captain and made over 150 appearances for the Midland Football Alliance club.

LEON ASHMAN: (20, Striker) Striker signed from Burton Albion in July 2007. Leon has also played for NWCFL side Newcastle Town.

RICHARD BAILEY: (25, Midfielder) Talented midfielder who started out as a junior at Derby County before spending three years on the books of Kidderminster Harriers. Richard then studied and played at the University of Central England for three years before joining Mickleover Sports from where he signed for Leek in July 2008.

STEVE BRANNAN: (22, Midfielder)

WAYNE CORDEN: (33, Left Winger) Vastly experienced winger who was signed from Colwyn Bay. Wayne began his career at Port Vale before moving on to Mansfield Town, Scunthorpe United, Chester City, Leyton Orient and Notts County. In total he has made over 400 appearances for Football League clubs.

OLIVER EDWARDS: (20, Striker) Prolific striker who has made the step up from the all conquering youth team of 2006/07 where he scored 38 goals in all competitions. Olly has returned to Harrison Park following a short spell at Alsager Town at the end of last season.

STEVE HODGSON: (27, Goalkeeper) Goalkeeper who originally moved to Harrison Park in February 2003 from Nuneaton Borough. Steve began his career at Manchester City and moved on to Macclesfield Town. He is also a former England youth international and was voted both Player's and Supporters player of the year in 2003/04. In September 2004 he left to join Stocksbridge Park Steels but returned to Leek in March 2008 after a period out of the game.

WAYNE JOHNSON: (35, Central Defender) Player/manager who was originally signed from Congleton Town in February 2001. He spent almost four years at Harrison Park, many as club captain and was voted joint Players Player of the Season in 2002/03 before leaving to join Kidsgrove Athletic. Wayne rejoined the club in January 2007 after spells with Hednesford Town and Rocester and has now made over 250 appearances for the club. In October 2007 he was named as Paul Moore's assistant manager and took over as manager when Moore departed the following month. A committed centre half he has also played for Newcastle Town, Witton Albion and local side Ball Haye Green.

MATT JOHNSON: (26, Midfielder) Defender who can play in either full back position. Matty was signed from Shifnal Town in February 2008 and has previously been on the books of AFC Telford United and Bromsgrove Rovers.

PETER JOHNSON: (25, Defender) Full back signed from ground-sharers Leek CSOB in July 2008. Peter is the younger brother of player/manager Wayne and has also played for Rocester.

PAUL MCMAHON: (29, Striker) Striker signed from Stafford Rangers in November 2008. Paul has previously played for Hednesford Town, Stafford Town and Rocester where he once scored over 50 goals in a season.

LIAM MCMANN: (24, Defender)

ASHLEY MILLER: (28, Right Winger) Skilful midfielder who joined the Blues for a second time in July 2008. Ashley previously had a short spell at the club in November 2006 and has also played for Kidsgrove Athletic, Newcastle Town and Alsager Town after beginning his career on the books of Port Vale.

BEN MILLS: (20, Striker) Striker who made his debut whilst still in the youth team back in February 2006. Ben made only one first team appearance prior to moving to Newcastle Town before the start of last season. He returned to Harrison Park in September 2008 and scored on his full league debut at Goole.

ALAN NAGINGTON: (25, Striker) A member of the Blues successful youth team, Alan’s prolific scoring record earned him a first team call up during the 2001/02 season. He went on to join Leek CSOB, for whom he scored over 40 goals in 2003/04. Alan rejoined Leek Town at the start of the 2005/06 season and was top scorer with 20 goals and was voted Supporters Player of the Year. He was top scorer again in 2006/07, but with just 12 goals and was released at the end of the season and he joined Hednesford Town. Alan found life at Keys Park a struggle and subsequently joined Nantwich Town, prior to the start of the 2008/09 season. However, he was back at Harrison Park by December 2008.

LUKE ROBINSON: (19, Midfielder) Midfield player who joined the club in August 2008 after impressing in local football playing for Silverdale Athletic.

MARK RUDDOCK: (24, Defender) Central defender signed from Rocester in July 2008. Mark progressed through the Romans reserve side and was a first team regular for the last three seasons.

ANDY TAYLOR: (26, Defender) Defender signed from Nantwich Town in October 2007. Andy started out with Stone Dominoes before moving on to Nantwich where he was part of the side that won the FA Vase in 2006. He subsequently moved on to Wolstanton United before rejoining Nantwich Town in September 2007.

NICK WARD: (23, Central Defender) A strong central defender who can also play in midfield. Nick previously enjoyed two spells with Stone Dominoes before signing for Rocester at the start of last season. He joined Leek Town in January 2008 and has been named as captain for the new season.
